Delivery options

General shipping informations

All orders are sent as insured packages from Germany or Italy. We process orders from Monday to Saturday, except on German public holidays. As a rule, all orders are processed and dispatched within the same working day, anyhow not later than the next working day. Please note that unexpected delays may occur, on which Giusy Lamattina has no control and for which Giusy Lamattina is not responsible. In the event that a package cannot be delivered, you as the customer are responsible for the return and the original shipping costs. We are also not responsible for orders marked as delivered or for which delivery attempts have been made.

Shipping costs and duration

We ship exclusively via DHL - GOOGREEN - Climate neutral shipping. The shipping costs and the duration depends on the country to which we deliver.

  • Germany: 1-3 working days, free shipping
  • Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days, free shipping
  • Rest of the world: 5-10 working days, shipping 35,00 Euro
    • Shipping is free for orders of 350,00 Euro or more

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and further details about the delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen delays that are beyond our control.

How can I track an order?

As soon as your ordered items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link from the shipping service provider that you can use to track your order.

Could the delivery be shipped to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to a PO box address.

Could the delivery address be changed after ordering?

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been sent, the delivery information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed.

For orders paid through PayPal, the shipping and delivery information cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Could an order be delivered to multiple addresses?

Shipments can currently only be delivered to one address per order.

So that products can be delivered to several addresses, we need a separate order for each address.
